We’ve decided to take our own advice to stop renting and buy a building! As you can imagine, the rent at our current Albany location is incredibly expensive. Additionally, The Wheelhouse building, where we are currently renting our office space from in Albany, was sold. We’ve been looking high and low for an equivalent office space that will allow for adequate parking, safety and security, and be an overall satisfactory space. Unfortunately, we have not been able to find this in our current area. The building purchased in Monmouth is the old Washington Federal Bank building on Main St. We are designing the building to be an updated, beautiful space that we can’t wait to share with you!
It is about 25 minutes north of Albany and 20 minutes from downtown Salem.

What does that mean for you?
For now, nothing. We will continue to operate out of The Wheelhouse building until our new Monmouth building is completed. We expect this to be done Summer/Fall of 2024 and will keep you updated as we get closer to completion.
